Why Do We Strive for Perfection When It Is Not Possible The pursuit of perfection can be a powerful motivator. It can drive us to work hard, achieve our goals, and make a positive impact on the world. However, the obsession with perfection can also be a major psychological burden. No matter how much we achieve, we may always feel like we are not good enough.
