Do narcissists know the difference between right and wrong? There are a lot of people that think narcissists don't know what is going on and are just clueless as to how there actions are effecting others. There are a lot of narcissists out there that know exactly what they are doing to you and they don't care. There are still some out there that do not know what they are doing and also get to the point where they don't care about right and wrong as long as their needs are being met in some way, shape or form.
