84: Hot Girls Have Seasonal Depression

Ashley Corbo
About this episode
It's no secret that I love fall. I love fall fashion, fall activities, seasonal food, pumpkin spice coffee and even the weather. But once Halloween passes and the temperature drops below 60, I find myself being affected by seasonal depression. During the fall and winter, I struggle a lot mentally. I have an extremely hard time getting out of bed, staying motivated, socializing...and my energy is at an all-time low.

In today's episode, I explain what seasonal depression is, my experience with it, how to improve your mental health during the fall and winter as well as some products to buy that can help combat seasonal depression.
