James Haskell is a former rugby union player, and played for Wasps and Northampton Saints and internationally for England during his 17 year career. James is still heavily involved in the fitness and health world and offers his own fitness regime. His dedication to sports is not where his career ends, James is also a DJ, playing in venues all around the world, whilst producing his own music.


In this episode, James and Oli discuss the importance of looking after your mind and body equally. They delve into the reason why James’ energy levels are consistently so high, including focusing on sleep, nutrition and mental health. Oli shares the details of James’ results, which he describes as “surviving in chaos”.
