Day 275 || Repressed Anger

JULIE MERICA
About this episode

Aggression is a human emotion. You are allowed to feel aggressive. Anger is a human emotion. You are allowed to feel angry. Sadness, frustration, embarrassment, fear are all human emotions. You are allowed to feel all of them. The problem is, when we blindly react to those feelings out of fear they will last forever, or instinct, or whatever. I have said many times before that we are are responsible for the way we react to things - but I think it takes a very emotionally conscious and intelligent person to be able to feel these more quote unquote “ugly” feelings in a way that we don’t feel the need to outwardly react to.
