"I am a Sports and Exercise Nutritionist based in Valencia, Spain currently undertaking my PhD with the University of the West of Scotland and Celtic FC investigating the dietary behaviours of elite youth footballers. Previously, I worked with a range of clients ranging from the general population to athletes, including team sport athletes as well as individual sports such as cycling, running and triathlon. "
