Strangely we haven’t really talked much about pain on Wellness Women Radio! Even though it’s so relevant for all women who may experience period pain, endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibromyalgia, chronic pelvic pain or even migraines, just to name a few! On this episode Dr Andrea is joined by the brilliant Katherine Maslen to take a deep dive into pain, pain syndromes, inflammation, pain receptivity and the role that diet, gut health and stress play in this! Katherine also walks us through the best functional medicine approaches to managing pain including how to manage an anti-inflammatory diet and the role of nutritional medicine!
