Today we’re hanging out with Aimee Greenacre! Aimee is a certified holistic health counselor, intuitive healer, natural foods chef, solar nutrition specialist, and women’s transformation coach. She helps women tap into their true essence by guiding them to align with their cycle and unique rhythm. Aimee goes into detail about cycle syncing, as she explains each phase of our cycle and how we can best support our bodies over the course of the month. She discusses how birth control affected her health and shares all of the changes she made to balance her hormones and heal her gut. Aimee loves to help women embrace all of the things that encompass womanhood. Her goal in everything she shares is to make sure women can get to the root cause of the things that are blocking their flow so they can live in true alignment.
