Athlete, Author, and Mental Health Advocate, Aly Raisman joins Chrissy Rutherford on this episode of “I’m Fine, You?,” a mental health podcast brought to you by Maybelline New York’s Brave Together Initiative. Aly is a retired gymnast and team captain of the gold medal winning Women’s Gymnastics teams in 2012 and 2016. Aly is also an author and mental health advocate, and she returns to the show to talk with Chrissy about her mental health journey, finding what works for her, the connection between societal standards of body image and mental health, as well as her new children’s book From My Head To My Toes!
