How to Navigate Dating, Hormone Health, ...

Dear Media
About this episode

Tamsen Fadal is an Emmy award winning TV journalist as she has been reporting for over 30 years, she’s an author, matchmaker, and a podcast host! Over the last year she has become known as the internet’s “big sis” as she shares life advice she wishes she had known in her youth. She covers all things hormone health, confidence, dating, and how to navigate transitions in life.  Her mission is to empower women as she made the decision to be vulnerable about menopause and other midlife changes online. She goes into detail about her personal experience with menopause symptoms and how to become your own advocate when chatting to your doctor about hormone health. She took it upon herself to gain more knowledge about menopause symptoms after receiving little to no preparation for this transition from her doctor.

Tamsen also goes into detail about her divorce, and how it allowed her to establish a new relationship with herself. She shares the importance of spending time alone in order to truly find happiness alone before entering a relationship. She shares red flags to look out for while dating, and what questions you should ask early on to set yourself up for success in relationships.

As she recently made a career pivot, she shares what it feels like to chase your dreams and how to trust your gut instinct. She is one of the most inspiring women I have ever met, and I can’t wait for you to tune in to this conversation!
