Bonjour et bienvenue dans la partie 2 de notre saga sur l’alimentation ! La semaine dernière, nous avons abordé le sujet de la psychonutrition, soit l’impact de l’alimentation sur la santé mentale. Cette semaine, et parce que ce podcast ne s’appelle pas Neurosapiens pour rien, on va aller voir l’impact de l’alimentation sur le cerveau, sur nos fonctions cognitives. On va aussi regarder quel impact la vision de la nourriture a sur notre cerveau, comment nos goûts alimentaires se forment et enfin pourquoi se retenir de manger n’est vraiment pas si simple que ça.
