HOW TO STOP BEING A PEOPLE PLEASER

Salice Rose
About this episode

In episode 2 of season 3 of The Salice Rose Show, we are normalizing setting healthy boundaries for ourselves. While boundary-setting comes easy for many people, it comes as a challenge to others who possess people-pleasing tendencies. The problem with people pleasing is that the only person that is never fully happy or pleased is the people pleaser. There comes a point in which you must put your own happiness first. The only way to do this is by setting firm boundaries with the people that require them most. This can include our significant others, our friends, and even our own family. Let’s talk about how to set those healthy boundaries. We hope you enjoy!

The Salice Rose Show is intended for mature audiences only and is not suitable for children. This content may contain adult themes, explicit language, and sexual subject matter. The views, thoughts, and opinions expressed are the speaker's own.
