Walking + Low Impact Workouts: How They ...

ALLISON WETIG AND CEARA KIRKPATRICK
About this episode

In our catch-up segment, we share our honest (possibly controversial) thoughts about spooky season. Ceara spent the previous weekend on a tourism shoot for Iowa. We chat about the benefits of living and visiting the Midwest.

As lovers of the hot girl walk, this was such a fun episode to do a deep dive on. We talk about how going for a daily walk has the power to transform your health in so many ways from reducing cortisol levels to improving cardiovascular health to alleviating joint pain. As we are talking, we have a realization that walking can really be the vehicle to help all the other areas of wellness - social, mental, spiritual, etc.

In addition to sharing the tangible health benefits of an active lifestyle, we keep it light by sharing our favorite athleisure wear and ways to make movement more enjoyable.
