Myth Busting: Seed Oils, Glucose Spikes,...

Dr. Adrian Chavez
About this episode

Welcome back to another episode of the show. In this episode we have a discussion with my friend Dr. Joey Munoz. We are going to be discussing some common myths including seed oils, the idea that plants are harming us with their defense chemicals and anti-nutrients, glucose spikes, and more.

This is a longer discussion than normal, but Joey and I went into depth on some of these topics and really got into the weeds of why and how some of these misleading statements are circulated. It is definteily worth a listen.
