It's absolutely okay to feel overwhelmed by the weight of unpredictability, and I want you to know that your feelings are valid and I see you, because I’ve been there so many times.


This episode is dedicated to sharing practical ways we can deal with these waves or periods of uncertainty because often and if you’re in the midst of it, it’s hard to think in any other way. By the end of this episode, you’ll have at LEAST one strategy you can apply as soon as it's finished, to help you either embrace or move through the discomfort or uncomfortable feelings that are presenting for you right now.
