Juha has over 16 years of experience in the SW industry. He has worked as a developer, in international sales, agile methodologies, leadership roles, and as a management consultant. Most recently, Juha spent 12 years at Vincit, one of Finland’s leading SW consulting companies helping them grow from 20 people to over 650 people and being in a key position in their expansion to the USA. During his time there he helped Vincit’s clients develop their SaaS SW from a technical perspective to the business side of things. Juha has also recruited over 100 developers. At Quanscient, Juha’s role is to focus on business development and vision.
