#237 - Losing 10kgs, fixing her bloating...

Many women don’t talk about their disordered eating past. But I’m beginning to believe that it’s more common than we might think… For instance, Maree - one of our gorgeous clients - started restricting her food and throwing up when she was in her teens, keeping it a secret for a really long time.

However, she’s come a long way since then! She's lost 10kgs, improved her digestive issues, energy, cycle issues and confidence!

In our latest episode, Maree talks about her incredible transformation and how her life has changed since joining our program 16 weeks ago.
