We recently had the honor of having owner of Garrison Financial and *former best barber in western Oklahoma stop by. Many know Scott from his days of owning and operating Scott's Barbershop in Elk City, Oklahoma where he spent year after year pouring back into the lives of many, including myself. Throughout his life, he has had plenty of experience with highs and lows, navigating them, and coming out on top in the long run creating a life that he truly enjoys and uses to help others.
