For years, I've been engaging in manifestation practices through vision boards, altering my inner dialogue, and thanks to what I've learned from the esteemed All Star experts in today's episode, the practice of meditation. Whether it's been for healing or success, so much of what I have manifested through these practices has come true. Each All Star shares their own unique map so get your notebooks out and be prepared to tap into the boundless potential of manifestation for healing, wellness, and abundance.


Natasha Graziano reveals the concept of creating one's own life character by writing a personal script, in the third person and in past tense (she explains why). Vishen Lakhani covers envisioning goals three years into the future and using manifestation tools to bring that vision to reality. Dr. Joe Dispenza, covers using meditation and conscious awareness to transform one's personality to a shift your personal reality. Dr. Joe's work literally transformed and even saved my life.
