Back by popular demand, today's episode I welcome back Senior Sleep Consultant and founder of Nurture To Sleep, Julie  Mallon.  Julie discusses at length the impact that sleep has on your children's mental health and practical ways to prioritize it.

Julie is a UK qualified State Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience. Here in the UAE she has been working as a Gentle sleep Coach, an educator in the field of maternal support, and focuses on baby and child development and behavior. Julie also works with adults to restore their sleep hygiene and their positive relationship with sleep. She empowers and enables her clients to achieve their sleep goals. This has resulted in maintaining an ongoing and sustainable sleep health. Julie motivates and coaches clients throughout the process with a customized plan and support to see them through to sleep success
