Someone who can pump you up and get you excited to move toward your goals.
The fact is, people can inspire you.
People can help you light that initial flame to help you get started.
But for the long haul, to change your weight, your eating and how you think, being motivated is really something you need to create for yourself.
It’s truly an inside job.
When you need to be motivated to get yourself to do certain things, you start by thinking about how you will feel once you reach your goals.
That helps you know WHY you are doing what you’re doing. And that is what allows you be pulled toward your goals instead of pushing yourself toward them.
