Koon Rijjeil, كون رجال
About this episode

Koon Rijjeil is an open and honest conversation about a topic that is often overlooked in the Arab region: men's mental health. Hosted by Karim Saad & Nadim Safieddine talk about their mental health journeys and why they're created this podcast. In their first episode we get a quick overview on Karim & Nadim's pasts to really see why this topic is so important tackling topics such as anxiety, grief, ADHD, romantic relationships, and so much more.

Their goal? To create a safe space and remind Arab men that there's no shame in speaking up about their mental health.
