Back To Basics: How Fit Father Brian Stu...

Fit Father Project
About this episode

Episode 128 of the Fit Father Project Podcast is all about going back to basics and how you don’t need to make your health and fitness plan overly complex.

This is a powerful and inspiring conversation with Fit Father Brian, a great guy who I met at our very first Fit Father Retreat in Sedona.

At that time, Brian was getting reinvigorated with his routines and getting refocused on the Fit Father lifestyle because, like many guys, he has an incredibly busy life.

He's an optometrist with multiple practice locations, he has five kids, and he's in the Army Reserves.

This is a man who doesn't have a lot of time on his hands!

Brian was just looking for easy ways to eat better and fit in exercise — and that’s one of the reasons this episode is so powerful.

You can have a basic plan and get real results!

Brian has taken some of the core nutrition and exercise tenants of the Fit Father Project and made it work for him and his busy schedule.

So if you don’t have a lot of time and are looking for a realistic approach to health and fitness, you’ve got to listen to this episode!

In this episode, you’ll learn:

  • How Brian is better serving his family and patients by investing in his health.
  • Why you don’t need ‘fancy foods’ to eat right.
  • The benefits of fasting and how to make it work for you.
  • Why you don’t need to spend hours in the gym to get the right exercise in.
  • Simple things you can do to hone your nutrition.
  • And so much more!

So, if you want to get the most from your health and fitness efforts, listen to this episode on going back to basics, take some notes, and check out FF30X!
