They talk all about her new book, The Ultimate Self-Esteem Toolkit, as she shares how you can build your self-esteem through the things that you do each day. Raising your self-esteem may take a lot of time and requires consistent work, but don’t put too much pressure on yourself – small changes can make a big difference.

Risa Williams is a licensed therapist (LMFT) and productivity coach practicing in Los Angeles. She's been featured as an expert in Business Insider, Bustle, PsychCentral,  Wired, Parade, and HuffPost, and she writes for Breathe Magazine, Cultural Daily, and LA Parent Magazine. She's the book author of The Ultimate Anxiety Toolkit: 25 Tools to Worry Less, Relax More and Boost Your Self-Esteem, which is in stores now and provides 25 tools based on cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology to help readers feel more empowered to change their thinking patterns.
