On this week’s episode of ‘Drink More Water’ Riley and Soph start the episode off with a chat about their weekly highs and lows. This weeks topic is all about how the girls implement realistic habits and routines into their lives. These habits, routines and tips include walking, using a timer for cleaning, screen time and more, time blocking, prioritising 3-5 things to get done in the day and do the hardest things first, introducing small habits and being realistic, looking after future you, meal planning and prep for the week, rewarding and acknowledge yourself for your small wins and, acknowledging that habits and routines do not need to be an all or nothing thing.

This weeks ‘Ask Us 3’ questions are what are your favourite supplants and what are some you implement in your everyday life, how do you deal with letting go of toxic friendships without coming across as toxic yourself and what to do when you’re feeling insecure and unwanted because you are the only virgin or person without a boyfriend in a friendship group. The grill wrap up the episode by chatting about their weekly recommendations with Soph throwing in a few sneaky extras.
