Tj is a neuroscientist, international neuroscience speaker, and online mental health content creator who has delivered mental health training to over 10,000 people and is the co-founder of Neurify.


He delivers highly engaging, gamified mental health training experiences and has built a new formula for mental health called DOSE. DOSE stands for Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins (the four leading brain chemicals related to mental health), and it teaches employees and students to understand their mental health.


Tj’s Instagram account has almost 80k followers, and he provides neuroscience-based mental health guidance every day.
