EP 312: From Fear of Abandonment to Secu...

DR. MORGAN ANDERSON
About this episode

Today, we have a very special guest, a graduate of the ESL program; Emma Wellings.

Emma Wellings is an international wardrobe stylist, founder of her own clothing line, Style on the Go, and graduate of the Empowered, Secure Love program. She is passionate about fashion, horse riding, working out, travel, and the arts.

In this episode, you will learn the following:

1. How can you rewire your brain to trust yourself?

2. What strategies can you use to navigate relationships and overcome abandonment issues?

3. How can you release the past, and create the life you want?

Emma felt she was never enough and had a pattern of unhealthy relationships in her life. Through the Empowered.Secure.Loved.program, she realized the importance of self-care, self-trust, and allowing herself the time to work on her inner-child. With newfound structure and self-love, Emma has started to heal from her abandonment issues and is now ready to date in a healthy way!

If Emma’s journey really spoke to you, and you’re ready to do the work to heal, I want to personally invite you to apply to the Empowered.Secure.Loved. Relationship Program.
