About this episode

Are you struggling to manifest the relationships you desire - including your relationship with Self? Do you often find yourself in painful cycles of self-blame and guilt? Love is important to all of us, and sometimes our patterns can create disharmony in our relationships, and affect our health - but it doesn’t have to be that way.  

These patterns can manifest problems in your health and in your relationships. But once you transform them, you can manifest deeper, more fulfilling relationships.

Today we continue part 2 with our beautiful volunteer, Penny, who has experienced the pain and heaviness of carrying the responsibility of others. As she continues to work with Brandy, listen in as her journey unfolds beautifully and she continues towards transformation and creating the shifts she needs to make in order to release her pain, overcome the patterns of self-blame and caregiving which are affecting her relationship with Self, and preventing her from transforming and manifesting relationships in her life.
