100: The Power of the Vulnerable Leader

Greg Rice
About this episode

Welcome to the 100th episode of The Art of Communication! In this solo episode, I’m going to talk about a topic that is near and dear to me: Vulnerability. As leaders, we can leverage this vulnerability to teach our team to be more effective and how to show up even in situations where success is not guaranteed. It may be uncomfortable at first, but we should remember that it is never a sign of weakness.

Vulnerability is a sign of strength. Being vulnerable means being strong enough to recognize what you need help with. It means being strong enough to share your struggles with others. It means admitting to yourself and to the world that you are not perfect, and it’s okay. Now, are you curious to know how to use your vulnerability as a leader?

Tune in! Let’s listen to this episode and learn the power of the vulnerable leader!
