لازم نتقبل كمجتمع إن فيه ناس كتير بتمر بأزمات، وإن ده مش شيء يخليك شخص ضعيف، وأهمية الفن إن إحنا نفهم الناس إن لازم تتقبل ده على نفسك وعلى غيرك.
عمري ما فهمت إن كان عندي إكتئاب وتوتر حاد إلا وأنا عندي ١٧ سنةً أما روحت أتعالج عند دكتور نفسي. في أشد مراحل الإكتئاب ظهر عندي فقدان شهية، والمشاكل ديه بسبب التوتر، وكلام الناس اللي حواليا من ناحية منظر الجسم، خصوصاً في مجالي.
مهم جداً إننا نعرف الفرق بين الدكتور والمعالج النفسي.
أنا مقتنعة إن الدكتور النفسي أو المعالج عاملين زي توأم الروح؛ لازم نعرف التحسن مش هييجي إلا مع الدكتور/معالج اللي انت مستريح معاه.
المشكلة اللي أكبر هي ازاي توصل صوتك للناس اللي معندهاش القدرة إنها تسمعك وده شيء أساسي في هياكل المؤسسات الحكومية، اللي بمقدرتهم يوصلوا الرسالة لكافة الشعب. في ناس ما عندهاش الإمكانية إنها تسمعنا على السوشيال ميديا.
