168: Stepping Into Personal Empowerment ...

BRANDY GILLMORE
About this episode

Are you feeling disempowered and like nothing is ever quite enough? The unfortunate truth is, these feelings can be so overwhelming they prevent us from experiencing the love, happiness, and health that life has to offer. What if we could break free of this pattern – liberate ourselves from seeking validation outside of our true selves? All the time, Brandy sees people who are stuck in patterns with their parents or even seeking approval from others in life which can bring with it feelings of stress, overwhelm, or loss of love. Because these feelings are painful, they can deplete your health and relationships as well as distract you from the love, happiness, and health you deserve in life.

What if you didn’t need external approval in life? How liberating would that be? If you’ve been struggling with any of this, you’ll definitely want to join Brandy on today’s podcast episode. In this volunteer episode, Brandy works with a beautiful volunteer who she met previously during a medical study she was conducting under thermography (She shares more information about this in the episode). You’ll absolutely love our volunteer Charlene, who is a beautiful, beautiful person with such a sweet heart.

Step into your empowerment today, as this episode is very powerful in helping you step into transformation in your life. Come join us!

IMPORTANT NOTE: We understand that some may believe mind-body healing is impossible. Therefore, if you would like to see images of individuals using their minds to relieve pain, you can check out this medical journal. It includes images from some of Brandy's case studies. If you want to learn how to use your mind to heal yourself, you can check out the training on Brandy's website. Each week, Brandy publishes a volunteer episode where she coaches a volunteer to heal themselves using their own mind. In addition, Brandy shares a quick IQ episode (Insights and Questions) where she answers listener questions or delves deeper into insights on working with the mind for healing.

Please remember that genuine change and follow through are key for self-healing results. If you struggle with negative thoughts or have a chronic health issue or chronic pain, please do not avoid seeing your doctor. Instead, your goal with self-healing should be to continue to see your doctor as recommended and blow their mind with what you are capable of with your mind and with the power of mind-body healing. Please enjoy this self-healing podcast.
