It Is Not Your Fault

Rob Dial
About this episode

Your childhood experiences, whether good or bad, have a lasting impact on you. It's essential to recognize that any trauma or adversity experienced during childhood is not your fault. These experiences are often the result of factors outside of your control.

However, it's also important to acknowledge that healing from these experiences is your responsibility. No one else can do the work for you, and it's up to you to take the steps necessary to heal and move forward. Today, I am going to teach you how to heal, move forward, and create the life you want, regardless of your past.
