#143: Food Freedom During the Holidays w...

Mary Jelkovsky
About this episode

If you’re stressed about food during the holiday season, this episode is for you. Mary is joined by Sarah Simpson to talk about how to embody food freedom and self-trust during a time of year when it’s easy to fall back into old habits.

You will learn about...

  • what life is actually like after recovery
  • the 4 types of hunger
  • how to trust your body and yourself around food

Remember: healing isn’t linear, sometimes it’s a cha-cha: a couple steps back is part of the dance! The holidays can help you learn, grow, and heal in a new way.

Sarah is a body image and food freedom coach whose passion for self love and whole-body wellness emerged from her own experiences in the hamster wheel of dieting and weight loss culture. After recovering from her eating disorder and finding her inner confidence, she became a coach. She understands that our relationships with our bodies and food impact every area of our lives, and not enough is done to help us through that.
