#5 Food for the Soul

Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi
About this episode

There’s nothing like exploring a place through your tastebuds. In our final episode, Dina experiences Abu Dhabi’s delicious and diverse food scene with a traditional early breakfast at Al Fanar, an international buffet brunch at the Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri Hotel’s Sofra BLD and taking supper at one of the emirate’s oldest eateries, Bu Tafish. Dina also visits the renowned Mina Markets to learn about the importance of local ingredients from spices, dates, camels' milk and Arabic coffee with the UAE's first female national chef, Khulood Atiq. Whatever craving you have, you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for in Abu Dhabi.
