We've been wanting to talk about this forever because society LOVES to make us scared of ageing and the menopause. There's always been so much stigma around it that people end up suffering in silence. And it looks so different on everyone that people can end up feeling confused, alone, unsupported by doctors, and a bit like they're going mad. But menopause is completely normal, there is help out there, and you're not alone. So in this episode, we're chatting to the fabulous Vickie aka INPOlife about her experience getting a hysterectomy at 40, fighting for 5 years to get a menopause diagnosis, and what living with menopause is like for her. Plus, Laura is absolutely convinced that Vickie was on Eastenders, and..... WE HAVE A HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT!
