Dr. Emily Kiberd is a chiropractor with a practice in NYC and Boulder, Colorado, and a mama to Elvis and Brooklyn. She was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in 2016 and put herself into remission with changes in diet, lifestyle changes identifying root causes, and changing how she was exercising. She now helps women do the same with her online program Thyroid Strong, helping women learn how to work out without burnout.
