Fiona Stubbings has always struggled with her moods, what other people reassured her was simple PMS always seemed so much more extreme for her. The mood swings and depression caused by hormones at times left her feeling suicidal. It took until her 40s for Fiona to finally get some answers and a real diagnosis.
