Quand on a tendance à “trop penser”...

  • On ressasse le passé. Cette conversation qu’on a eu, cette erreur qu’on a faite… 
  • On s’inquiète à propos du futur. On imagine comment les choses pourraient se passer (souvent mal). Cette présentation la semaine pro qu’on va sans doute foirer par exemple.
  • On suranalyse nos décisions. Du coup ça devient difficile d’en prendre. Et après coup, on se demande si on aurait pas été mieux si on avait accepté cet autre job…

On fait tous ça, c’est normal.

Mais quand c’est trop fréquent, qu’on se remet sans cesse en question, on se sent inquiet.e, stressé.e… C’est fatiguant mentalement.

Ok, alors comment on fait pour arrêter de ruminer ?
