A couple of the BIGGEST questions we have had recently revolved around performance at the end of the season (how to stay on top of training and nutrition) as well as how to trust yourself more and more in the weight room. As we unpack these loaded questions, we also got caught up talking about the Sandbag Challenge we use at MAP Clinton with our athletes.
