Dans ce podcast, tu vas voir les effets des nitrites sur ton corps et les alternatives qui existent pour éviter d'en consommer.

On verra également pourquoi les agroalimentaires utilisent des nitrites dans leurs procédés de fabrication.

Je te parlerais également des astuces marketing des industriels pour nous faire croire que leurs charcuteries sont "sans nitrite".
