We all make food choices every day. And a lot of things influence those choices which can make it difficult to eat a healthy diet.  To help understand how to make better food choices and resist those negative influences is Marion Nestle, PhD. Marion is the Paulette Goddard Professor of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health, Emerita, at New York University, and she has researched and written several books about food, nutrition and the politics of food – including Unsavory Truth: How Food Companies Skew the Science of What We Eat (https://amzn.to/2EUTGbm) She also has a rather simple way to lose weight you likely want to hear.
