We are here on this earth that is a learning school, and adversity is the teacher. The universe will provide these lessons, but we also have the opportunity to go through them ourselves.

If you can find a way to do what is most challenging for you, practice gratitude; you will build your inner peace. That is why the phrase, "can I have gratitude here?" is so powerful, and it challenges you to take control of your thoughts.
