We've all heard about the term PMS - pre menstrual symptoms. A few days before you get your period, you start to feel irritable and experience mood swings. It's always seen or talked about in a negative light. In this episode of #TheHabitCoach podcast, Ashdin shares how we need to change this narrative by a simple change in our mindsets.
