3. Our Pregnancy Journey: The Third Trim...

ALUMUMA
About this episode

ALMOST THERE MAMAS! This is your final stretch before that long-awaited meeting with the baby.

Your little baby was busy this trimester, finalizing all the finishing touches of their development as they prepare to enter their new world. They’ve been putting on weight and fat, and their brain is developing rapidly now. As the baby gets bigger and heavier, you’ll be feeling it too.

While this may be an exciting time, it’s also one of the tougher times for some mommies. Not only could you be feeling heavy, impatient, and always needing to pee… but also many new symptoms come up at this point. Heard of Braxton-Hicks contraction? Do you now have hemorrhoids? Feeling those aches and pains? Yes, these are real things that come up at this stage.

In today's episode, we share our third-trimester experiences, fears, excitements, and heartburns before that big moment.

And for you listeners, it’s time to start taking extra care of yourself. Take your naps and meditate, but don’t forget that moving helps with labor and allows the baby to descend.
