In this podcast, we’re talking about booze! If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know I used to drink a lot, I was a loose cannon 🤣 For a long time I used it to have fun and as a coping mechanism.

I still love alcohol but I don't love how excessive drinking makes me feel.

I don’t drink much anymore. I just can’t handle the hangover and lack of sleep. I’ll have a few cocktails when we go out with friends or over holidays, but no more crazy binges!

So, the question: Can you drink alcohol and reach your body goals and health? Technically, yes BUT… (listen to this podcast episode to find out more!)
