From My Scrappy Heart to Your Scrappy He...

Kelley Wolf
About this episode

From my scrappy heart to your scrappy heart, here is a BONUS episode around how to navigate these fucked up waters we are all swimming in.

As many of you know, I have been on a journey to find our next home and I have some thoughts.

Who me? Thoughts?

In this episode I am sharing some ideas of how we can begin the work to make our schools safer. I do not claim to understand this complex issue, I just know I have to do something and I have to start somewhere. I am sharing where I am starting and what I plan to do moving forward.

I am covering the very shocking statement from my dad!! That threw me off!

I talk about the dangers of bartering your pain and why your pain matters.

But mostly that it is ALL an illusion and we cannot control a damn thing but we can choose love over worry.

Don't forget to subscribe so you do not miss an episode of FLOW!

I will be back next week to discuss my experience on The Real World Homecoming New Orleans.
