About this episode

Now more than ever, as we are locked inside of our homes due to COVID-19 mental health anxiety has been on the rise. However, the stigma that mental health is secondary, or the constant need to be strong to hide what is going on in our personal lives is still the common feeling of those undergoing mental health problems. It is important to remember that even those that we feel are strong still need to be checked on, asked how they are doing, and know that they feel valued and important. Today on the Crushing Chaos Podcast Michelle Dickinson a mental health change advocate talks about mental health stigma and tools to help your anxiety.
