 Distractions are everywhere. People are always complaining about the distractions in their lives. So how do you not give in to temptation and stay focused on what’s important? Joining me to offer some really good advice on this is Nir Eyal. He is a writer and investor who has taught at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his is author of the book Indistractable: How to Control Your Attention and Choose Your Life (https://amzn.to/2O5mEaT).
