welcome back all you lovely people! Thanks for following me this far. Today is our 17th episode!!! That means that statistically we have beat a lot of major odds! A lot of people would throw in the towel people reaching this milestone and yet, here we are, going strong!! Thank you to all of you for your continued support! As of 3/2/22 we are sitting at 732 downloads total for the show! I appreciate each and every single one of those times that you all hit play and listened to me ramble on about life and all things that lead to a prosperous and happy existence for each and every one of us! 

Today we talk about meditation and quick simple ways that a beginner can get started on making this a part of their everyday routine. I can't stress enough how great the benefits are of taking even just 3 minutes a day to take some deep breaths and unwind. So often people decide not to ever give meditation a try out of their own personal theory that they cannot hold still that long or quiet their mind. Well, I am here to tell you, yes! That is true, in the beginning you will face that issue, but in time, just like anything else in the world, practice makes perfect. The non-existent "risk" here is more than worth the reward. So I challenge all of you to take 2 or 3 minutes and give it a shot!
