Last week we talked about our inner bullies AKA our inner Karen. This week we elaborate more on this, except now we are talking about the real life bullies that contribute to our self-doubt and that sometimes discourage us from reaching for our goals. There are multiple ways of dealing with these bullies and in this episode I will discuss with you a few ways to deal with these types of people in a healthy way without letting their negative energy taint your opinion of yourself or your abilities.
